Angelo Pietro dressings are the number one selling dressings in Japan. Over 17 million bottles are sold each year. The first Angelo Pietro spaghetti restaraunt was opend in 1980 in Japan, and has grown to over 100 restaraunts. The Italiam vinaigrette with Japanese flavors was served with small salads and vegetables. These dressings bcame so popular that the owner, Mr. Murata,  started to bottle the dressings for takeout and home use.
